Investor Criteria

• The Rochester Angel Network is a group of accredited investors interested in early stage, high-growth investment opportunities. 
  
  
• The Rochester Angel Network is not a venture fund, investment bank, broker/dealer or any other form of investment advisor, but rather a network that facilitates the introduction of entrepreneurs to potential investors through presentations and other mechanisms.
  
  
• We currently have a group of approximately 60 investors. This group meets once a month to review various deals previously screened by the selection committee to meet our objectives.
